Between today 7pm and 9pm we've experienced about 5% packet loss via some routes, especially via routes at DE-CIX Frankfurt.
Our technicians we're able to solve the incident by rerouting traffic via other upstreams until we're getting feedback to our message at the affected upstream provider.
