Starting from today 7.15pm CEST our monitoring reported a performance degradation at two virtualisation nodes. This was influenced by a planned hardware maintenance in combination with a massive CPU usage of a few customers. We immediately started live balancing of the VMs and started a further hardware node at 7.40pm. Since around 7.45pm all monitoring values are back to normal. We will keep monitoring intensively in the next hours.
